Mix 2 scoops (1 serving) with 10-12 ounces of water. Consume before, during, or after exercise, or sip throughout the day when needed. Vary the amount of liquid to meet your desired taste and consistency. Consumer as part of a healthy diet and exercise program. Drink at least 100 fluid ounces of water daily.
