Caffeine From Natural Sources
Caffeine is the world's most commonly consumed energy and focus ingredient. Caffeine from Green Coffee Bean Extract and/or Green Tea Leaf Extract provides a naturally sourced caffeine alternative to the more common anhydrous or "man-made" caffeine typically used in caffeinated beverages and supplements. Micronized Amino Acids
Typical amino acids can often be noticeably gritty or chalky in taste and texture. Using advanced processing technology, micronized amino acids are reduced to a significantly smaller particle size, in turn increasing the overall surface area, resulting a noticeably smoother texture when mixed into solution.

Mix about 2 scoops into 10 to 12 fluid ounces of cold water first thing in the morning, before exercise, as an afternoon pick-me-up or any time of day.

Consume as part of a healthy diet and exercise program, and drink at least 100 fl lz of water per day. Exercise may increase your need for fluid intake.
