Take 1 serving with 8 to 12 oz of water as directed: Men: Up to 200 LBS: 4 caplets 30 minutes before breakfast and again 30 minutes before lunch. Over 200 LBS: 5 caplets 30 minutes before breakfast and again 30 minutes before lunch. Women: Up to 125 LBS: 2 caplets 30 minutes before breakfast and again 30 minutes before lunch.
