Vitamin D3 (as Cholecalciferol; from Wild Harvested Lichen), Zinc (as Amino Acid Chelate), Organic Whole Food Blend: Organic Blueberry Powder (Fruit), Organic Cranberry Powder (Fruit) (Vaccinium subg. Oxycoccus), Organic Elderberry Powder (Fruit), Organic Apple Powder (Fruit), Vitamin K2 (Menaquinone-7 & Menaquinone-4).

Take 1 capsule daily with 8 ounces of water or your favorite beverage. May be taken with or without food.
